It’s Chuck Me Monday again! Our first two Mondays have been very successful with fans watching and discussing the episodes online, drawing in new viewers here and there. This week we’re watching “Chuck vs. the Tango”, wherein Chuck goes on his first undercover spy mission. Plus, Chuck gets a very uncomfortable dance lesson, Sarah breaks out the first red dress, and Casey moves in next door. Here’s the official synopsis for this episode:
IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO— Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi) is finding out that living two separate lives is not going to come easy. After being challenged by his boss at Buy More, Chuck needs the help of his best friend Morgan (Joshua Gomez) and the Nerd Herd, to prove that he is up to the task and ready to become assistant manager. Meanwhile, Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) and John (Adam Baldwin) force Chuck to go undercover for his first real spy mission. It seems that Chuck’s two different lives are learning to Tango, but which one will learn to take the lead?

Does anyone else think that Carina could be Sarah’s sister?
If you noticed, Ellie was the first to pick up on Sarah’s interest in Chuck.
AFter hearing Chuck say he didn’t want Ellie to get excited over a relationship that was doomed, she told him. “I’ve seen the way that girl looks at you. She’s into you.”
Of course our boy Chuck’s face lit up at that.

@Mike B – I hope S3 brings Chuck and Sarah together as a real couple too. Also, the Karina being Sarah’s sister is not the first time I’ve heard that theory. I’m still on the fence about that theory, but I know others who have thought that. I think it is mainly because of the comment Karina makes about “I like taking what’s Sarah’s.” That is a comment a sister might make.
I forgot how much I enjoyed Season 1. Bring on Season 3.
I had to watch this episode twice. I needed my Chuck fix. This show is so awesome. I’m thrilled we got a S3. Viva La Chuck.

@Hope – Also in the beginning of the episode Sarah talks about when her and her sister got sunburned on a family vacation. Carina also tells Chuck that in their line of work they shed identies like people shed clothes and then Carina and Sarah speak to each other in Polish. Alot of subtle hints.

Trended to 7th.
But something is wacky lately about their trending. We trended 4th with about a third of the number. So, either news got REALLY busy around 9PM ET (which is possible), or Twitter is messing up its trends. Maybe that is why they are bringing the world down tomorrow.

I just realizied the entrance of Sara “your lady is here” is accompanied with a tango theme.
Just watched. At the end when Chuck and Sara talk about the final kiss, Morgan shows up. How could he not have heard their conversation? Also, Sara gives a hint of her feelings when she says she would survive it too. Would it be so bad. Ellie though is on target when she says Sara is into him. And with all the Byrce moments between them, she still keeps her distance with Byrce.
A couple things I noticed on those polls….
The television without pity poll you have to clear cookies each time you vote.
The zap 2 it poll you can hit the back button after voting and it will take you right back to vote again WITH your vote chart still completely filled out the way you want. So you can hit the vote and then the back button and then the vote again right away.

While Chuck has leads in most categories except best guest star, the lead is starting to slide – especially in best comedy – while still well ahead it has slide from over 40% to 38.9 % in the past week or so.

For the Zap to It poll, I noticed when I was hitting the back button on my browser it wasn’t changing the numbers. I noticed my selections were still there for me to place a new vote, but I don’t think the numbers are changing. I did several tries and it did not change the numbers.
