Today is Scott Bakula’s 55th birthday.
He has brought many characters to life with great performance on film, stage, and TV. Notable roles include Sam Beckett from Quantum Leap, Captain Jonathan Archer from Enterprise, and of course Papa (Steve) Bartowski.
Currently he can be seen in theaters with Matt Damon in the movie – The Informant!

Edit: It’s Captain JONATHAN Archer, not Sam Archer. Please fix that as a huge enterprise fan it’s just…mindboggling. Like calling Chuck Chad or something.

This is one of the guests I really would like to see come back–with his Intersect experience he would be a tremendous help to Chuck. He did a really nice job–I wish a scene could have been included of when Chuck told Sarah and Casey that his DAD was Orion. Maybe he will be worked into the new season–if there is a shortage of money, he could take the ex-superman’s place for an episode or two, or three,or four.
At any rate, I hope he had a good one and has many more regardless of who he is on screen.
