Great podcast guys. This was an awesome episode. If the writers can produce an episode with a strong spy story and some romantic, tension, drama filled Chuck and Sarah moments then they will have created the perfect episode.
Great episode, not my all time favourite. That honour is very hard to take from Santa Clause and Delorean, but great nonetheless.
Lou, I have to disagree with you, to a small extent, about the Chuck and Sarah relationship. Though I agree that most of the time it’s better with a great spy story. Look at Chuck versus Colonel, great Charah story there and a top ten episode as well!!!

You mentioned the music in the episode being great. I don’t usually recognize the songs in most chuck episodes, but I got really excited when ghosts n stuff by deadmau5 started playing during the fight scene on the plane.
First loved the podcast except you missed some lines from the episode i loved which where when tim dalton who was amazing says to chuck on the plane ‘this is so thrilling it reminds me of that great episode of alias i love that show’.also when chuck and sarah are having there moving fight in the bank when sarah says to chuck ‘you just met him and he already knows everything about us you might as well of posted about our fight on friendster’ chuck replies ‘honey nobody has used friendster in five years’.With mamma b I think the writers are going down the darth vader route where mamma b is darth and volkof is the emperor when it comes down to a point where to save chucks life mamma b is going to kill volkoff.
remember all the star wars references which have been a regular fixture throughout this shows run.A side note the fight which you all seem to think happened off camera if you watch the episode again you will notice at the beginning of the episode they are avoiding each other so they dont fight chuck mentions that its their first fight and he wanted to cool down before he spoke to her because she never had a chance to explain herself to him.
thus their fight took place in the bank moving from one cover position to another which was hilarious especially when mamma be interjects.why didnt anyone mention its a milestone the first time sarah has been more concerned about her emotions and talking out her issues with chuck then the mission it has shown true character development,why hasnt anyone mentioned this she finally did a chuck mamma b had to get them to concentrate on the mission.
I think the reason no one noticed Sarah’s development is because it was so well done and it felt natural!
Well got to leave some comments on your review.
First of I did not read any spoilers lately so I did not know what role “Timothy Dalton” will play and I pretty much suspected this to be a fake… directly when he said that he just did not know how to act in such a situation, because he is “just” a handler … If that is not suspicious then I do not know what is^^ he works for the MI6 so he should be trained properly.
Then u said that the triangular disc could not work… and that is not true you wont be able to store loads of data on it, thats true but it could work. All that is necessary for this is that the reader head must be moveing. anyway..
I am pretty psyched on the next few episodes .. The car was just amazing and I am really looking forward to its further implemention… Also I think the use of a psp for a intersect delivery system (my guess) was kind of like .. :/ “A PsP?!? no way .. ” but well i guess if it works throughout a e-mail then it might work with a Windows mobile phone aswell.
To my guess about the PsP it would just be a clear line of thought that when she said that she needed him to see something which Orion did not want him to see kind of implemented that she is giveing him something and not take something away.
Also I wanted to mention that i was so sad about the ” Chuck vs. the Suitcase ” episode because it was absolutely not “Chuck” it was mostly just a sad way of implementing a girly episode^^ But i just did not get the feel that they were actually there … f.e. they leave the building where the show was at and no reporters or people arround? no mases of cars arround? no flashing lights? Na just did not seem right at all and al in all i was very disappointed but to be honest 1 lousy episode vs 4 great seasons .. well thats speaks for it self and yeah .. I am looking forward to the next episodes and am very happy about 12 additional episodes…
