ChuckTV.net Contest Rules

The following rules apply to any and all contests run by ChuckTV.net (the “Sponsor”) on the Sponsor’s website. ChuckTV.net is owned and operated by Mel and Liz. This site is not affiliated with NBC or the Chuck cast/crew in any way. Please refer to the Contest Post for specific instructions for individual contests.

To be eligible, one must complete the instructions according to the Contest Post.

Prizes:
Prize(s) are as noted in the Contest Post.

Prize Value:

Retail value of prize(s) vary. No cash substitute will be made. In the case of a returned prize, substitute winner will be drawn from the previous group of eligible entries.

Entry Schedule:

All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PST on the date noted in the Contest Post to be eligible for the drawing. Only one entry per member and/or e-mail address or household is allowed. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.

Drawing will be held on the date designated in the Contest Post and the winner will be posted on the Sponsor’s site shortly thereafter. Winner will also be notified using the e-mail address and other information provided at entry, as well as posted on Sponsor’s Website. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any notification that is not received for any reason.

All completed entries are eligible. No purchase is necessary.

Who Can Enter:
To be eligible for the random drawing, entrants must complete the instructions according to the Contest Post.

Contest is open to ChuckTV.net members and guests. If the contest requires that you leave a comment on a post, then you must be a registered member of ChuckTV.net to participate.

Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and such employees’ immediate families and household members, are not eligible.

Incomplete entries will not be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the online entry in question will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account from which it was sent. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable e-mail address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. We assume no responsibility for lost, mutilated, or misdirected entries, nor for lost, mutilated or misdirected prizes that are sent out to the winning entries.

Entrants release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, and the respective officers, directors and employees of each, from any and all claims or damages, including personal injury and/or death or property damage, arising out of winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or from winner’s acceptance and use and/or misuse of the prize awarded.
