We’ve just received the minty fresh title and casting call for Chuck episode 3.10. It’s called “Chuck vs. the Tic Tac” and is casting the following roles:

[STANLEY FITZROY] (mid-30’s) shockingly short, but not a little person. Total geek. GUEST STAR (possibly one day guest star). All ethnicities. [KATHLEEN MCHUGH] (40) Attractive and sexy. Strong. Definetly seems like someone who would be linked the Casey. Or maybe one of the baddies from the Ring?

I’m thinking Kathleen will be a love interest for Casey. Sound’s like the kind of woman he would fall for.
Could be funny seeing him pursue a “civillian”.
EW.com also mentions Kathleen character, but no other details. It sure sounds like another great episode.
For Kathleen; if Connie’s busy, they could call on Torri Higginson. Lovely actress.
I can’t wait. If TPTB says the Marine is a PLI for Sarah I will have a cow. 🙂
I really hope Casey has a starring role in more than one episode–he is as good if not better at comedy than anyone on the show. He is tough, eats the worst looking meals and snacks ever on television. Being an angst hater I do not worry about angst with him. He needs to end up with a girl, possibly his spy friend from the first season.
Is Routh in this show? Has Routh completed all of his shows..If not how many does he have to go???

Let’s hope this season keeps it up! It would be a shame otherwise. Looks promising, though.
Alex will be Sarah’s new love interest.Sarah will be upset after Shaw leaves and she will go someone else.
Talk about negative comments. 🙁 I seriously doubt Sarah will do that. Way out of character.
true, but her being with Shaw is out of character by itself, unless we consider Bryce and Cole…
Sarah doesn’t “go” for people at all. She’s very emotionally reserved. She rejected Cole. Remember that she was talking about Chuck when she told Cole “when you find someone you care about, its hard to walk away.” She loved Bryce before she met Chuck, but was ready in the end to give up the adventuresome spy life with him for a normal life with Chuck. But I digress.
I think Alex might be a gung ho young marine that Casey mentors and teaches to relax and that its ok to bend the rules a little for the right outcome. That’s the direction Baldwin’s character has been moving in for some time since he was described as a “burnout” by Sarah in the pilot. I would love to see him keep someone else from going down that path.
That’s why I said, that if she will ‘be’ with Shaw, that would make it out of character and will pretty much ruin her credulity and credibility.
Obviously Chuck has to follow the same rule with Hannah.
Perhaps if Casey gets in trouble this is Chuck’s opportunity to save him–Perhaps Casey actually looks on Chuck as a friend or even feels obligated to help Chuck’s romance with Sarah.
Note the title of the episode. Chuck vs The Honeymooner. Who is on a honeymoon hmm? Chuck and Sarah on a train? Their “compartment” is mentioned? Interpol is mentioned? So Chuck and Sarah on a train in Europe in their own compartment? Would they go there? Would they actually gives the viewers what they want? I don’t know, just saying.
Does anyone wonder if they will develop a love interest for Casey, maybe he is in love with Ellie? Notice that in all episodes, Ellie says “Casey is so sweet”, “our lovely neighbor John Casey…’. Doesn’t it strike anyone as weird how Ellie is the only one to see a different side of Casey? How Casey didn’t attend Ellie’s wedding, but he in often invited to their house?
