Some general spoilers: the zip line scenes from the aired promos are from the first episode. So mix in the guitar playing, Chuck fighting, and Sarah swimming scenes and the first episode points to the show hitting the ground running.
Natalie asked Zach his feelings on having to step away from the Thor movie when the extra 6 episodes were ordered. Pretty sure that was a question inspired by a tweet I sent to Natalie over Twitter. Natalie correct me if I am wrong!
The other highlight of the questions is Zach confirming the first 13 episodes form a complete storyline and are very tightly plotted and paced. Just what is needed to give the show the ratings boost all Chuck fans are hoping for!
