NBC released two photos for Monday’s Chuck season finale, neither of which make sense to me. Take a look:
At first I didn’t think that was Sarah, but the image information from NBC confirms that this is indeed Yvonne Strahovski and Zachary Levi. What are they doing? Rehearsing their vows? “Chuck vs. the Cliffhanger” airs Monday, May 16 at 8/7c. See you there!
Is it me or does Yvonne look like she’s wearing a fake baby bump. Maybe it’s some sort of dream sequence/hillucination while in the hospital.
I see no baby bump.
This looks like a part of the dream sequence. Honestly I’m surprised that even in the dream sequence they get this time to themselves. I would think especially on the wedding day Ellie would go into mother hen overdrive. 😉
Doesn’t look like they’re getting much time to themselves. If that’s not a script Yvonne’s holding, it looks like a list Ellie wants her to see through XD

I disagree, there is most likely a window open just behind them, as you can tell by the obvious bright light shining on both of them. If it is open, the breeze might simply be carrying the dress out in front of her (the wind usually does that to girl when their wearing dresses/skirts, unfortunately). I don’t think that it would make any sense to introduce a baby Bartowski in at the season finale where it very easily could have been a series finale. Just doesn’t sit right with me. -Meagan, @Walkertowski
Yeah…I don’t see a baby bump either. She’s just in sleep wear…that’s how it looks on women.
I don’t see it either. I think it might just be shadow from her arm and the sleepwear seems kind of billowy.
Also, wonder what all that paperwork on the table is about. Whatever Sarah is holding in her hand might be related to what is on the table. Wonder what they are working on?
There are paint swatches on the table. I have no idea how that could turn into a plot, but they’re not pastels (more like Thanksgiving-like colours), so it’s probably not for a baby’s room. What could they be planning for the wedding (or otherwise!) that’s so late in the process?
yeah I thought I saw a bump but I think its just the dress being billowy or something. Is this whole dream sequence thing confirmed or is it just speculation? Cause I hope the wedding actually happens!

Gasp! What if they’re unofficially getting married?! Like in the movies where the wedding doesn’t go according to plan but they decide to get married right there, right now. Then they later get their dream wedding… I don’t know, I’m still high from the renewal news 🙂
Anybody else notice that Chuck is wearing a black sweater in the second photo but not the first? Hmm… That’s interesting. 🙂
It looks like his tux jacket, not a sweater. Maybe he wanted to practice with the jacket on. 8 hrs to go!!!!
monday cant seem to come any slower and wats with chuck wearing his wedding tux jacket over his pj’s?
All of these photos, promos, sneak peeks and interviews are driving me nuts trying to figure out in advance what’s going to happen in the episode.
These photos have come out of left field, but I am guessing that (1) Chuck and Sarah are practicing before the real wedding or (2) this is their “real” wedding (since the planned one is cancelled/postponed). Either way I don’t think this is part of any dream sequence.
ps. I don’t think there is a bump.
I’m thinking filming towards the end was long so nobody left the studio and this is them rehearsing the scene (joke). Because I agree, I don’t understand these photos either. And as far as “Bump Gate,” I don’t wish to add anything to that. 🙂 Can’t wait for Monday.

When she got zapped by the Norseman ( assuming she’s even expecting) you don’t get a bump
Till your 3 or 4 months along. Certainly Chuck would have know he was going to be a father by
then and much more protective of Sarah and the child IMO.

I’m guessing the photos are a dream. Then again why would Sarah be all dressed up and chuck in his PJs and then wearing a jacket with pj bottoms? Is is business on top fun on bottom again? ^^

hmmm…it kinda looks like they are singing…though they probably arent. I’m guessing this is either after she gets better, or it’s a dream sequence.

Hoping it isn’t a dream since I’m assuming the episode starts with the dream sequence of Sarah’s wedding and her collapsing during it.
I don’t really think more dream sequences are needed in the episode. I mean I don’t think they’re trying to parallel the Chuck vs. Phase Three episode.

Obviously a dream sequnce to me.
Even slim women can look pregnant in flowy tops, especially when you look from the side. And I’m on board with the vow rehearsal idea. Maybe Chuck’s wearing the jacket to make himself feel “the part”. 🙂
White Billowy dress in TV series = dream sequence.
I actually don’t thing there is a dream sequnce in this episode at all. Oh and I do see a baby dump in the first picture, it’s tiny but it’s there from my point of view. Do I have any evidence to support these statements :P? No xD

I’ve been thinking about the finale’s title, and maybe is because in some part during the episode chuck will be hanging on to a cliff??… I mean the trailer suggests it.

That and the wedding scene better not be a dream sequence.

honestly these pictures make me quite happy….i was worried that sarah wouldnt be in this episode a whole lot cause of the whole dying crisis of it all…so this means one more scene with her and chuck than i was expecting
We all know how Chuck’s mind works when its in overdrive or during nightmares. So it makes sense that he would be dreaming about he and Sarah practicing their wedding vows while at the same time trying to pick out colors for their imagined first baby’s room.
Ohhhhh so she’s not pregnant and this is now awkward…
