I really hope the episode explains why Casey is in County Jail. I mean he committed like 6 counts of manslaughter and being a former espianoge agent likely has government secrets that they don’t want to be given out. But I don’t know the criminal justice system that well so…
Like Casey said in the video clip, “Decker has me in here for a reason. I’m gonna sit tight and keep my head down. You figure out what his angle is, ok”.
Maybe Decker has him in the county jail thinking that he would try to escape and they could kill him, without repercussions, for trying to escape. Just a theory.

Point Casey was watching the Hit squad and the leader complain about having their cover blown and asked Decker to kill them. Decker gave permission except for Chuck and Sarah.
Casey was discovered had a gun in his face and defended himself. Then the Hit squad saw Casey and raised their weapons and told Casey his life was over; he defended himself..
Decker put out contract murder and Casey had recorded it.
It would be very interesting if that was brought up in Casey’s trail; CIA ordering the murder of U.S. Citizens; even on TV..
