NBC Streams 3D “Chuck”

Announced in a press release this morning, NBC will stream tonight’s Chuck in 3D and 2D, free, at NBC.com.

NBC.com wants to know how you like your “Chuck.” Following the broadcast of the 3D episode “Chuck vs. the Third Dimension” on NBC, both 3D and regular 2D versions will stream, for free, on NBC.com starting Tuesday, February 3 at 5:00 am PT. The announcement was made by Vivi Zigler, President, NBC Universal Digital Entertainment.

“NBC.com has again demonstrated the complimentary relationship between online and on-air,” said Zigler. “The site supplements the broadcast experience with additional options. We’re happy to give ‘Chuck’ fans choices when deciding when and how to watch.”

In addition to choosing between the 3D and 2D versions, NBC.com users can also opt to watch in HD or standard definition, with or without closed-captioning, and even to stream the episode simultaneously with friends while chatting using NBC.com’s Viewing Party functionality.
