Again, great promo!
I might be totally off on this, but does anyone think that the person Sarah is kicking might be Anna (29th second of video)? The video is going too fast, but it might be her.
It appears that Casey and Morgan are tied up as well. Anyway, just a guess, but probably incorrect.
I don’t think it was Hannah, her hair are somewhat short and the girl in the video has long hair…
This SO rocks! I can’t wait for the next new episode… must go watch my S2 DVDs to pass the time. Then S3 thus far off of my DVR…
Although i am excited, i hope there is no lovemaking scene between Chuck/Hannah and Sarah/Shaw. Would be a dampener. Kristin Kreuk is gone after 3.08 and I hope Sarah breaks up with Shaw in 3.09. The fight scenes look really great especially the one with Chuck and Sarah ( kicking ass like Mr and Mrs Smith). I wonder which episode is going to be the
” DO YOU LOVE ME SARAH” question. that would be the time for honest answers.
By the way does anyone know as to how long brandon routh is on chuck. Will his last appearance be in 3.13. Again hoping that Sarah/Shaw romance does not continue after 3.09 ( am i sounding like a crazed Charah shipper? lol)

There has already been a love scene between Hannah and Chuck. Remember at the end of S3-Ep07 when Ellie & Morgan discovers those two in the BuyMore HTR?
While Chuck hasn’t scored, he has rounded 2nd base and is in an all out sprint for 3rd.
In my ideal T.V land there is no continued romance between Chuck/Hannah and Sarah/Shaw. i would hate that. In my opinion Chuck impersonates the hit man who is sent by the Ring to kill Shaw. Maybe they set up a fake kill as in 3.04. do you think Sarah/Shaw romance will continue after 3.09? I hope not. They are going to kiss as per the promos. i am kinda hoping it doesn’t get much further than that.
Ooooooh she better say yes! Most likely though Shaw will walk in…
Will NBC be airing a promo soon for the next ep? They should just air this bc it is pretty great to say the least.

This promo was created by the Chuck team, in-house, and released online for the fans. NBC has shown a joint Chuck/Law & Order preview during the Olympics, but nothing like this!

I think a more realistic answer for her character would be more like, “Yes…No….I did…but..(then spills her guts out and it may be awkward and probably end with them making out, maybe after Chuck convinces her that he is still the same guy she fell in love with.) I still personally would rather they not end up together at least until the end of this season. I don’t see the big deal with 2 seasons of tension like this. Season 1 hardly can count, Lou was there for like 2 or 3 episodes and Chuck was still not very fond of his secret life at that point. Anyways, I don’t think anything they do will upset me cause I haven’t been let down yet. Only when that happens will I be worried about the future.

Hi guys, I’m confident Sarah will say “NO” to Chuck. That’s the reason he can’t flash in episode 3.09. I bet RM1,000,000 Sarah will say “NO”
It could also be caused by Chuck knowing Sarah’s real name.
But more importantly is if she says no will she give the “tell” (looking left and down) like every time she lies to Chuck? 😀

shes kinda short, but her hairs completely different and the face.
Several things from that video.
1. That was definitely Awesome who spears Shaw and sends him through the window onto Chuck and Sarah’s table.
2. Jeffster makes a triumphant return. A quick glance at Jeff and I saw the keytar.
3. I think the scene at the end where Chuck asks Sarah if she loves him is from 3.8. She’ll be forced to say no because Shaw is blackmailing her, and that will cause him to lose his flashing ability in 3.9.
4. Casey’s back to his butt-kicking self when he throws Robert Patrick’s character through the book-shelf.
5. But, the best action scene was the one where Chuck swings Sarah around, so she can kick the woman in the face.
I love this Show !!!!
I cant wait to see the answer from Sarah .
Hopefully we get a further Season !!!

That is so cool. Definitely the best promo of all the seasons. Hopefully NBC will run it this weekend during the wrap-up of the Olympics. Yet even if they don’t we need to get as many people as possible (especially those that have threatened to stop watching Chuck) to see it. The best of season 3 is still to come!
Don’t count on it. NBC has some of the worst promotion strategies I’ve ever seen. All of the fan controversies (marching into Subways to save the show last spring, the outcry after “the Mask”)are marketing gold. But did NBC ever exploit these to entice potential viewers to see what all the fuss was about? Nope. They promote USA’s “White Collar” during “Chuck” but not vice versa. NBC seems to have a death wish for its best shows. Maybe the shareholders voted to take a loss as a tax write-off.
If you freeze frame the scene with Chuck swinging Sarah to kick that woman…I can’t tell if it’s Hannah or not because it’s blurry. But, I do see Casey tied up on the ground with someone else.
Pretty sure Casey is tied up with Shaw.
And what is going on in the Buy More? Another revolution? Big Mike is standing there while Lester is jumping on the counter and the staff has nerf guns and some appear to be wearing green capes???

That is a good question about the Buy More scenes. I am thinking back when they had the many competition with the Beverly Hills Buy More about who should bet the new game system. The Burbank Buy More won and that created quite a competition.
I am thinking that maybe this is some type of regional Buy More talent contest where they have to compete with other Buy More stores. That might suggest the coming together of all the employees. That might explain Big Mike allowing this atmosphere. Of course, I could be totaly off on this.
That was an awesome trailer. So many things, i might try and get screencaps every few frames to see the detail 😀 Anyways…. Why is shaw blackmailing shaw??
As for the question at the end.. pretty obvious sarah will take forever to anwser and someone walks in on them. DOH! Chuck needs to drag her into the castle and lock it, and ask that question lol 😀
If casey looses his job what happens to chuck season 4 🙁 Dam i want chuck back. Such a great show.

it definetly looks like chuck is spying on shaw…i is a huge camera, not a gun…my take is that he’s spying, sarah walks in and catches him…he asks her the question…she probably will say no, even though we desperately want the answer to be yes…
I know for a fact that I won’t be watching live because I am not excited or looking forward to a whole episode of Chuck and Hannah and Sarah and Shaw.
I will tune into forums where users have already given their reviews. cant risk 3.08 turning the 3.07 way. if the reviews are bad i am totally skip it. (personal opinion)
Really? Wouldn’t it make more sense to watch it and review it yourself than listen to what anyone else has to say? I’m just saying. Whatever, I mean you are probably just saying this and going to watch it anyways like most of the people saying on message boards that they are not gonna watch.
The scope view of Shaw could have nothing to do with Chuck holding the rifle with the scope. That could be a misleading cut.

Chuck and Sarah business, Big Mike, Jeffster, Chuck kicking butt….This preview has everything. I bet everything that most of the whole controversy thing would have never happened if this preview was shown right after Chuck vs. The Mask.
I think the team behind Chuck understood all of our concerns and made this kickass promo video to show us what’s in store in the next few episodes!
I love the up and down’s on this show, i seen many, and this is probably best TV series ever (after Farscape, dont ask…)

I noticed the same thing Quixote. It looks like Chuck is standing in a hallway and Sarah is right in front of him but, when they show Sarah, it looks like she is in the middle of a room.

M’eh. And I never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever thought I’d m’eh Chuck. Ever.
And granted, it’s a 1 minute promo so I don’t wanna judge too much in advance. But I’m seeing a lot of Chuck kicking ass and an almost complete absence of Sarah kicking ass. And I know a lot of Chuck fans are all in it for the Charah, and have been disappointed with the absence of that this season. But for me, it’s more about the lack of Sarah-Fu that’s really dampening my enthusiasm for my once favourite show.
It just doesn’t feel like my Chuck any more. 🙁
Fantastic montage of clips coming up. What I thought was interesting was Chuck was spying on Shaw with the listening device (it is not the scope of a gun). Like Sarah said in episode 1 of season 3 at the train station about being a spy “it’s not that simple, you don’t know who you’re working for”.
What the hell does it mean the question “Do you love me”????
Sarah showed many times that she cares of him, Chuck leaved her alone to the station, AND NOW HE ASKS IF SHE LOVES HIM!!!???
Just to be clear… i’m the biggest fan of Chuck and Sarah as a couple (in fact I hope that Shaw and Hannah have not many episodes), but in some occasion Chuck seems really simple.
P.S. Look at the expression of Sarah… she seems to say… NO!
Last nights show a a great episode
In regards to Chuck’s question at the end of the promo, I’m thinking that Sarah’s answer will be somewhere along the lines of “I did”, even though as the audience, we know that she still loves him. She’ll explain to Chuck what she was saying to Shaw in the last episode, Chuck vs. the Fake Name, that Chuck’s wanting to and eventually succeeding in becoming a spy takes him further away from “who he is”- Sarah’s words, not mine. She fell in love with Chuck but can she love Chuck 2.0? This might add more weight to Chuck’s dilemma of wanting to become a spy and saving the world or being with Sarah, the girl that he loves.
…or someone might walk in at that very moment, just like others have predicted.
Oh the tension.
Sarah will anwer.. “I did… but I just can’t take you changing.. YOu’re not the guy I fell for” or something like that.. MAybe that scene will be on CHUCK vs the final exam.. ??
I believe Shaw leaves in Chapter 13-I am anxious for him to leave and for Sarah and Chuck to commit to each other–something good may happen in episode 14. I think Chuck flashes and knocks Shaw out in one episode, I imagine that is episode 13. I would like for Sarah to kill the relationship with Shaw. It would be nice if Sarah found out either Shaw has never been married or he is still married with kids!!! I have not been happy with S3 but look forward to a high level of improvement the rest of the season–hope we get an S4.
