Today is Veterans Day in the United States, Remembrance Day in the UK, and Armistice Day in parts of Europe. No matter what you call it, this is a day to thank those men and women who are serving and have served in the Armed Forces.
Maybe you have a father or a sister or a grandfather who served. Maybe you are a veteran. Maybe your only knowledge of someone who served is Chuck‘s fictional Colonel John Casey. Whatever your experience, we hope you’ll take a moment today to thank a veteran. We know that there are a lot of Chuck fans currently in the military, so to you we want to say THANK YOU and come home safely.

Thank you for this post, and a big thank you to all our military & veterans. I worked as a therapist in a V.A. hospital for 10 years, so our soldiers & veterans hold a very special place in my heart. God Bless all of you for your service & sacrifice.
rememberance day in Australia
Mel this is a great idea–Our men and women in the military are in the real world and we need to let them know we appreciate all they are doing. We also need to make sure they have what they need both in the field and at home. They are there for all of us and we all need to make sure they and their loved ones are taken care of–and not just now but in the future.
