If it’s the end of the year, then it’s time for Best Of lists, and some sites are letting fans voice their opinions with polls.
Chuck made it to round 2 of E!Online’s Best of 2010 competition. It should be an easy win since the show is up against 90210. Vote here.
Meanwhile SpoilerTV is running their first annual poll for best TV show, actor, episode, etc. Check out the polls from Day 1 and Day 2 to vote. (Yes, Yvonne is nominated for Drama and Zac is nominated for Comedy. We’re fans, we can do whatever we want!)
I just voted in this myself, and Chuck is ahead of 90210 slightly with 52.2% of the vote. 4.4 percent isn’t that much of a lead, folks…Let’s get voting! 🙂

Thanks Mel. I just have one question about the categories..more of a musing really…How is Chuck a “comedy” and Psych a “drama?” I’ve been watching both shows since their respective premieres and Psych always seems more like a comedy to me than a drama. Chuck, as we all know has no real category because it is everything…yet the show and it’s actors are usually listed in the comedy category. Seems odd to me, but it won’t keep me from voting!
I believe the SpoilerTV folks let the fans decide the categories for the nominees.
Over at SpoilerTV they did let the fans decide. I had noticed that Yvonne was nominated before I nominated Zac and Timothy, although my nomination for “First Fight” didn’t make it, which seemed odd. Hopefully Chuck can pull out a few victories. Btw, first post, awesome job with the site.
Just voted. Anyone else notice that SpoilerTV spelled Yvonne’s last name incorrectly. They have STARhovski. An understandable mistake, I suppose.
Yeah, they have lots of misspelled names over there. Yvonne and Zac are still in the top 5 as of today, and Timothy Dalton is in the top 5 for best guest star in the new poll put out today. They haven’t said how the polls are looking for best show since yesterday, but hopefully Chuck keeps getting votes and pulls it out
I have been voting at the E online poll, and I voted once at spoiler tv, but I seem to have a lot of trouble loading the spoiler TV website.
I certainly wont be visiting that website again anytime soon.

It’s discouraging, really. On the first part of the poll as well as the second, every time I throw in ten or so votes, the percentage has GONE DOWN by the time I’m finished. 🙁

There is no CAPTCHA so this is going to be a very rigged vote no matter who wins =P. It’s incredibly easy to write a bot to vote on polls like this…why even have them?

Well, the SpoilerTV polls are done, and Chuck won two of them!!! Zac won for best lead actor in a comedy, and Phase 3 won for best episode of the year. Yvonne finished second in the lead actress in a drama category, and Chuck itself finished third in best overall returning show. Considering its only one vote per person, and that site seems to be dominated by Supernatural and Fringe fans, I am pleasantly surprised with the outcome, especially in the best episode category.
