We had a terrific response to our first Chuck fashion column, so it looks like it’s here to stay! Today’s edition focuses on the two lovely leading ladies, Ellie and Sarah.
Costume designer Robin Lewis reached way back into the archives to answer Sophia who wanted to know who designed Ellie’s wedding dresses from the season 2 finale. The first, more formal dress, was from David’s Bridal. Her second dress from the beach wedding, or as Robin refers to it, “the pretty one”, is a Monique Lhuillier gown. The exact style isn’t currently available, unfortunately.
The Holy Grail of Chuck fashion seekers is a humble pair of boots. Or not so humble. Sarah’s over-the-knees black boots created quite a stir the first time they appeared in “Chuck vs. the Fear of Death” and again as part of her Evil Sarah ensemble in “Chuck vs. the Gobbler”. Robin gave us the scoop, and I wonder if I ought to buy stock in this company before revealing who makes those boots…They’re by ALDO’s Bullins style, and they’re on sale. Wear them in good health!

I seriously love Sarah’s coat (which she later gives to Morgan) in Chuck vs. The Push Mix.
I hope I’ll find Monique Lhuillier dresses at an affordable price. I run a online bridal store and having these wedding dresses in my collection would really make my clients happy.
