COMIC CON 2011: Chuck Autograph Signing Information

Warner Bros. is attempting to make life easier for Comic Con-goers by announcing their autograph ticket system in advance so you can plan accordingly. Unfortunately, you’ll still have to make a choice between getting into the Chuck panel and getting an autograph. Here’s the scoop:

Saturday, July 21

9AM: Autograph tickets available at the Sails Pavilion. Start lining up early to get yours.

10AM: Chuck panel in Ballroom 20. Unless you’ve perfected time travel, you’ll need to have been in the Ballroom 20 line by 7AM to get in the room before the panel starts.

12:15PM: Chuck cast sign autographs at the Warner Bros. booth (#4545).

It’s a Sophie’s choice situation, and we really can’t advise you on which is better. It comes down to whether you want a chance to meet the cast for a few seconds each and watch the panel later online, or be in the room during the panel and maybe get a glimpse of the cast from afar during the signing.

  1. Talk about a painful choice. I’m kind of glad I can’t make it to comiccon, I would have a hard time making that decision.

  2. Would it be possible for a group to have one person skip the panel so as to get autograph tickets for everyone in their group, or do individual people have to be there to get their own tickets? I’m not going to SDCC, unfortunately, just wanted to ask this question for the benefit of folks who are going. 🙂

    • I figured that if that was possible, one person could volunteer to get the autograph tickets so that the rest of their group could see the panel…

      • It’s one ticket per person, so no, that won’t work.

      • Ah, gotcha…I figured that would be the case, but thought I’d ask just to be sure.

For everyone who’s going, have lots of fun! 😀

  3. I would definately try for autographs…you can always see the full panel on youtube later.

  4. Problem also with the system is that it’s based on pure luck. You get a ticket with a number on the back and only if your number is called, you secure the wristband to get the autographs. Still, I’m going to take my chances. Talk about time consuming.

At least I’ll meet zach the next day at his event and have secured an autograph with him.
