Adam Baldwin shared a video of himself using an M-134 Mini Gun on the set of Chuck episode 5.03 3.01 that includes a helicopter, stunt doubles for Yvonne Strahovski and Zachary Levi, Zac himself, and a neat look at what goes on behind the scenes on Chuck.
Updated: Y’all are right, this is from the season 3 premiere, but Adam just got around to posting it. Clever fellow. Guess that’s the one mistake I’m allowed for this month. 😉

That entire footage looks like it is from Chuck vs. the Pink Slip (301). Remember that Casey rescues Chuck and Sarah from Mexico and shoots a huge gun from a helicopter.
Zac’s hair matches his Season 3 hair, not how he looks now.
Yep, fixed it! I so rarely make mistakes, apparently it’s quite noteworthy. LOL
Yvonne stunt double now has longer hair than she does now Wonder if we will see some scene goofs because of it
i agree with Melissa, this has to be Chuck vs the Pink Slip (301), when Casey rescues Chuck and Sarah in Mexico via helicopter. Casey is wearing the same glasses in that scene, Chuck is wearing the same shirt from that scene, and Chuck has long hair.

you should just admire Adam Baldwin.. the guy is mega cool ! they use doubles for Zac & Yvonne in helicopter, dangerous scenes but Adam did it himself, now how badass is that ?! 😉
I agree its from SEASON 3 EPISODE 1 and anyone can make a mistake Mel dose a brilliant job in keeping all the fans updated on what’s happening in CHUCK so THANK YOU MEL FOR ALL THE HARD WORK YOU DO IN KEEPING US ALL POSTED ON WHATS HAPPENING ON CHUCK.YOUR A STAR.

Hmmm… Yvonne and Zach stunt doubles…. Adam Baldwin allowed to fly around in a helicopter with a dangerous mini-gun… firing it… without a stunt double…. Yes, television’s Adam Baldwin is his OWN stunt double…. lol
