NBC held a press day today and during an interview with Zachary Levi, Yvonne Strahovski, and Joshua Gomez, the legendary Gary Busey stopped by to join in the fun. Watch as the interview spirals into talk of Yvonne’s manly thighs and Zac’s dislike of Vaseline before Gary gives Chuck a ringing endorsement. Thank goodness Zac had someone recording; you can’t make this stuff up!

What I could hear was enjoyable-good plug for the show and everyone seem to enjoy it. Yvonne is a very pretty girl over all but her legs are not particularly attractive–she has a great smile. Gary has been through a lot of ups and downs but seems to be on the straight and narrow-good to see. He was on a weight loss show and is surprisingly lighter than he appears (205-215 I think)
If I may be so bold sir… I have to disagree… Yvonne has very sleek, attractive legs along with every thing else. She’s also a very fine actress with good range.
Gary Busey does not have great legs…. 😉

Did anyone notice the background??? I think it’s prob were the wedding is going to take place (if there is one) cuz there is chairs, white chairs.
Best thing in the video: Strahovski turning to Gomez and mouthing: “What is he talking about?” And then putting on her shades to avoid making eye contact with Busey…

He’ll always be “Buddy Holly” to me. Of course Yvonne isn’t going to know all the stuff of American pop culture of the past 30 years – she’s not even 30 years old – and hasn’t spent more than 5 years here in the good old U.S.A. I’m surprised she even knew who she was – other than some wacked out guy who appeared on Celebrity Apprentice.
It reminds me of the interview on Youtube back from Season 2 when Zach and Yvonne were being asked questions about Nicole Ritchie and her famous father, Lionel. “Name a famous song by Lionel Ritchie.” Yvonne had no idea and uttered that lovely Australian “Nooooooo. I don’t knooooooow.” So Zach whispers to her “Back in Black.” BUSTED. A total crack up.
Thank God Yvonne is a good sport and has a great sense of humor, because there must be plenty of times on the set where they tease her – especially with so many guys as part of the CHUCK cast.
Great to see Yvonne and Zach win fan favorite couple in the TV Guide poll. If – heaven forbid – CHUCK ends this season, here’s hoping we see the two of them in SOMETHING next season!
Umm… They DO show American movies in Australia, y’know. I’m sure she’s very well aware of who Gary Busey is. As far as not knowing what the hell Busey is talking about, well… join the club.
